How
do I order?
There are two ways to order your photo greetings: 1) email 2)
regular mail. If you choose to use regular mail, print the order
form, fill it out and mail it with your picture(s) to:

Minimum
order is 50 cards. All photographs will be returned to
you.
Please do not send negatives or slides. The actual picture will
work perfectly.
If you choose to order via email, use the order
form as your guide to send an email describing what you would
like on your card. Include the type and size of card, desired
text and credit card information. Attach your photo(s) to the
email as a .jpg or .bmp file at a resolution of 300 dpi or greater.
We will change the size and do any necessary editing or touch-ups
to prepare your photo for the card at no additional charge.
How long
before my order is completed?
The average turnaround time for most orders is 8 to 10 business
days. Add shipping time to that, and you're looking at approximately
a little over two weeks from the time your order is received.
How do
I know my order was received?
When your order is received via email or regular mail, we will
send you a confirmation email letting you know that your order
was received, the cost of your cards and an estimated completion
date.
How do
I know I will like what you create?
Before your cards are printed, you will have an opportunity to
review and approve your card design. We urge you to proof a hard-copy
(which will be mailed to you) before you purchase. There are no
refunds and this way you'll know exactly what you're getting.
When will
my credit card be billed?
You will be billed before the final printing of your cards. Your
cards will be printed after your approval is received.
Do I have
to use one of your samples?
No. The idea behind Unique Greetings is exactly as our name says
Unique. Your card can be any way you want it to be - any size,
any text, single or multiple pictures, silly, serious, artsy or
simple. We consider the samples to be just templates to give you
ideas. Each and every card we design is different. That's because
you create it. We are always willing to make suggestions and offer
ideas. It's your project; we're just here to help.
What if
I like a sample, but want to change some things?
That's what the samples are for - to give you an idea of our capabilities,
and give us an idea of what you're looking for. Simply refer to
the sample number you like and request what changes you'd like
to be made to your personalized card.
Do envelopes
come with my cards?
Yes, all orders come with matching envelopes.
Do you
accept international orders?
Sorry, only
orders within the U.S. will be accepted.
Can you
edit my photo?
Absolutely. If you want people or items removed, minor or major
touchups, black & white, sepia tone, you name it - we can
do it. Just ask.
Do you
have a refund policy?
There are no
refunds on photo cards. You are encouraged to proof a hard-copy
of your card (which can be mailed to you) before the final printing.
That way you know exactly what you're paying for. You do not have
to take the time to proof a hard-copy, but you are urged to order
in time to do so.
Can you
mail me a few samples of your cards?
I'm sorry, but we do not send out samples. We try to keep
the cost of our cards down and have opted to mail out a hard-copy
of a customer's card for free for them to proof. In order for
this to be a free service, we cannot mail you a sample unless
you are a current customer and it is your own card that you wish
to proof before you decide to purchase.
